A.J. Strikes Back (Giants 6, Marlins 3)

Maybe Pierzynski just needs a good ass-kicking every once in a while. Three hits, the winning RBI, a gun-down of Juan Pierre -- not a bad day at the yard. To be fair, he was starting to hit a little bit before the brouhaha, and now he's on a 11-for-29 streak.

Meet the Giants stolen base leader: J.T. Snow. Speaking of ridiculous numbers, Barry is on pace for a 278-walk season.

Didn't see Schmidt pitch, but judging by the box score, it seems he's on his way back. I did see Herges close it out, and he seems to be getting more and more confident in the role. Which is a good thing, considering the adventure that is Robb Nen.
